According to the principle of equal thickness screening, the vibration direction angle of each core and screen surface can be adjusted adaptively according to the different materials in the field, so as to achieve the best combination of processing capacity and screening efficiency. The screen uses two motors to drive the vibration exciter to do reverse self-synchronous rotation, so that the screen body produces linear motion.
Side plate of vibrating screen frame used in fine coal mine is made of whole high quality steel. Side plate is connected with beam and base of exciter with high strength bolt or ring groove rivet. Its structure is firm and reliable. It is a professional grading equipment in coal mine industry.
